Thank you for shopping with San Antonio Express-News. Because our products are fulfilled from different sources, shipping timelines vary by product type. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items (Apparel, totes, wall art, books)
These items are printed and fulfilled on demand before shipping.
- Production time: 3–7 business days before shipment
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
Production times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Newspaper Back Issues & Special Editions
These items ship from our warehouse via USPS.
- Processing time: 1–5 business days
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Shipping: Domestic (US) only
- Tracking: Tracking is not available for newspaper orders. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at hnp.stores@hearst.com.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. San Antonio Express-News is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
